By accessing or using WealthEasy's platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. WealthEasy offers mutual fund distribution, insurance distribution, and stock broking services through its registered partner platforms. Please read carefully before transacting.
Regulatory Identity
1Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a resident Indian citizen or eligible NRI/OCI as per applicable SEBI/IRDAI regulations
- Must hold a valid PAN card and complete KYC/CKYC as required
- Must have an active Indian bank account for investment and premium transactions
- For stock broking: must have or be eligible to open a demat account

3Distributor Status – Not an Investment Adviser
4User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date KYC, bank, and demat information
- Keep your login credentials, OTPs, and UCC codes confidential at all times
- Read and understand scheme documents (KIM, SID), policy terms, and risk disclosures before transacting
- Not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering purposes
- Promptly inform us of any change in personal, financial, or contact details
- Ensure sufficient funds in your bank/trading account before placing orders
5Fees and Commissions
WealthEasy earns distributor commissions and trail fees from AMCs, and upfront/renewal commissions from insurance companies — all as permitted by AMFI and IRDAI regulations. Brokerage charges for stock trades are levied by our registered broking partner as per their published tariff card. Commission structures are disclosed in scheme documents and policy brochures. No separate advisory fee is charged unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6Transactions, Cancellations & Redemptions
Mutual fund transactions are subject to applicable NAVs, SEBI cut-off timings, exit loads, and lock-in periods. Stock orders are subject to market conditions, exchange risk parameters, and our broking partner's trading policies. Insurance cancellations are subject to the insurer's free-look period and terms. WealthEasy is not responsible for processing delays caused by our partner platforms, AMCs, exchanges, or insurers.
7Limitation of Liability
WealthEasy is not liable for investment losses from market fluctuations, scheme underperformance, stock price movements, or insurer solvency issues. We are also not liable for platform downtime, technical failures on partner platforms, payment gateway errors, or regulatory changes affecting product features. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees, if any, paid to WealthEasy in the preceding three months.

- SEBI SCORES (scores.gov.in) for securities-related complaints
- IRDAI Bima Bharosa for insurance-related complaints
9Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India. WealthEasy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
